CECAP has an elaborate detailed strategic plan of development of its structures and of constant battle for the sector of the Education and Non-Official Training the main principles of which can be summarized as follows:

To defend the interests of all private and non-official teaching  iiand training centers.

To encourage unity among the business people of the sector.

To coordinate and support the activity of its Territorial and
 iiSectorial Member Organizations and establish the channels of  iinecessary information among them and lay down a patern for  iiaction.

To represent the interests of the Associated Members in front of  iithe institutions, international and national organizations, and, in  iigeneral, in front of third parties.

To negociate agreements, pacts, the general wages agreements  iiwith Trade Unions and other organizations.

To establish the most technical and assistance services
 iiconsidered of interests by its Associated Members.

To promote cooperation with other Employers' organizations
 iifrom the country or the European Union to achieve common  iiprojects and aims.

To fight for the continuous training of its Associated Members  iiand improve the quality of training.

To promote cultural and training activities, edit and distribute
 iipublications, organize congresses for the benefit of the teaching
 iiand non-official sector.
